Our Story

True North Training Concepts was established in 2024 in Prince William County, Virginia

The vision and inspiration came together by a collaborative effort between co-founders, Michelle McAllister and Mike Ramirez. Two dedicated law enforcement professionals channeled their love for teaching, merging their passion and commitment to create a dream job that reflected their values. They recognized that their journey was enriched by the inspiring individuals who had mentored and guided them throughout their careers.

With this in mind, they sought to build a team that would embody the same dedication and expertise they admired. By reaching out to these influential figures, they not only expanded their vision but also fostered a community committed to excellence in training. This collaborative approach ensured that True North Training Concepts would draw upon diverse experiences and perspectives, creating a robust foundation for future law enforcement professionals. Together, they set out to inspire the next generation, motivated by a shared goal of transforming their knowledge into impactful training experiences.

True North Training Concepts was built in 2024 and is based out of Prince William County, Virginia. We are in the heart of the DMV area and surrounded by several local and federal law enforcement agencies.
